Viktor & Rolf Fall 1999 Couture
Rather than a traditional runway show, Viktor & Rolf decided to dress the model Maggie Rizer in a series of looks whilst she stood on a rotating platform. I love the idea of seeing the designers dress the model themselves and seeing the looks flow from one to the next. André Leon Talley called the collection “the Viagra of couture week”.
